Founded way back in 1968, The Racegoers Club is now under the management of the Racecourse Association - the trade organisation representing British racecourses.
The Club is Britain's biggest racegoing club, providing admission discounts at British Racecourses at 1,330 fixtures in 2011, representing a huge 90% of the fixture list. 28 racecourses offer discounts at all of their 2011 fixtures and as 567 concessions fall on Saturdays, Sundays, evenings or Bank Holidays you can still save loads of money even if you do seem to work all the time! The concession scheme offers discounts of a minimum £3 or more into Tattersalls and/or the Club Enclosure and at some courses the saving is as large as £10. 27 courses offer between £4 and £7 off per visit. The discount vouchers are contained in your own personal voucher book; all you have to do is present the voucher when you go racing.
Other benefits include social events at many courses, stable visits to top Flat and NH trainers and racehorse syndicates so you can experience ownership at a fraction of the price.
The club also has private suites at big meetings like the Cheltenham Festival, Glorious Goodwood, Aintree and Haydock, and with both northern and southern, Flat and Jumps, syndicates there is something for everyone, no matter where you are based!
